Do you offer makeup services for special events by appointment?

Yes, we do! Please refer to our services menu and book accordingly. If a date or time you're seeking is not listed, then please send us an email to customerservice@prettypristine.co

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards; in addition to that we also accept payments through PayPal, Sezzle and accept cash payments in person at our location.

Do you have a refund policy?

Yes, we do! A thorough explanation can be found on our Returns/Exchange/Refunds page!

Does Pretty Pristine LLC have a set turnaround time on orders?

Yes, we do! We ask that you give us at least 3-5 business days to process your order. The shipping time is 2 business days, so you should receive your order within a week! Although, most of our customers can attest that it's very possible to receive your order earlier than that!

How long is shipping after I place an order?

Shipping takes 2 business days from the time we ship the order out. However, please keep in mind that we do require at least 3-5 business days; so expect to receive your order within a week after ordering!
